omg it is getting so incredibly cold here. you san dieg-ites don't understand. I'm riding thru GG park at night and its like 30 degrees. my nose is all runny and my snot is frreezing to my face. its really attractive, i know.
So on saturday i was hanging out near the mission. i decided to give my PL frames a break and revert back to my round frames. its so funny when i wear them bc people will still come up to me and either (1) comment on them or (2) stare at me
what do you guys think of my outfit last night. i love it so much. i feel like a kooky grungy hobo...which i think was appropriate given the weather and neighborhood i was in. I got this red creweneck sweatshirt at a thrift store in the mission for $3.99. it was so cold outside i just needed more layers. and then my friend bought this red plaid shirt so i wrapped it around my waist and it felt like so 90's and awesome. i also love this hat i got at H&M for $8. i feel like such a homie when i wear it
So I grew up in Sacramento (it gets cold there too) and my advice is this:
ReplyDelete1. Staple coat (or two)- get a really good coat that you are proud to wear indoors and out. A strong color like red or green is good.
2. Gloves/ hat/ scarf: Have many, mix often.
3. Wool socks: amazing.
